When a company files for insolvency, it often means a sudden and painful turning point for many apprentices: the future becomes uncertain, daily routines collapse, and instead of focusing on upcoming exams, young people are faced with the stressful task of finding a new training position. We understand this sense of insecurity – and the fear of falling behind. This is exactly where we, as a responsible training company, feel called to step in.
At POLIBOY, we consider it both our social and corporate responsibility to stand by young people in such difficult situations. That’s why we decided to offer an apprentice from an insolvent company the opportunity to continue their training with us.
Welcoming a trainee who has already gained experience in another company – perhaps even in a different industry – is not a hurdle for us, but a valuable challenge. We take an individual approach, meet them where they are in their learning journey, and build bridges into our workflows. Most importantly, we embrace the strengths they already bring. Because every person has their own story – and this diversity enriches our team.
The continuation of this apprenticeship was supported by a European Union funding program. We are grateful for this support, as it enables us to safeguard opportunities and provide young people with stability – even in uncertain times.
